You pay no shipping costs for an order above €40 within the Netherlands. Below €40,- €4.95 will be charged.
For orders to Belgium, the shipping costs are € 6.95. Above €50,- you pay no shipping costs. For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 24 hours. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If nothing is stated, the product is in stock. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery takes place via the Post-NL postman or parcel deliverer and is sent as a letterbox package, so you don't have to stay at home for it.

Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it is possible that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
