Drupt - Flamt cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Drupt - Flamt. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 18/10/2023, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Shopify
Our online store was developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. MyDomain, Google Domains
We purchase web hosting and email services from MijnDomain and Google Domains. MyDomain and Google Domains process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. This party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. MyDomain and Google Domains have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. MijnDomain and Google Domains are obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.
Email and mailing lists
Shopify
Our website uses Shopify, a third party that handles e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via Shopify's servers. Shopify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click here you will no longer receive emails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by Shopify. MyDomain and Google Domains
We use the services of My Domain and Google Domains for our regular business e-mail traffic. MyDomain and Google Domains do not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially

General purpose of the processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
