What is the delivery time?
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders within 24 hours. This means that your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days (within the Netherlands). Belgium: 2 to 4 days.
I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation. How is that possible?
Our email may have ended up in your spam folder. Will you find him?

I want to order something for someone else and have it delivered there, is that possible?
Yes, that's possible. Then enter not only your own address, but also a delivery address
at checkout. We will then send the item to the delivery address.
What are the shipping costs?
You do not pay shipping costs for orders over €20
The Netherlands. Below €10,- you will be charged €4.95.
For orders to Belgium, the shipping costs are €6.95.
Above €50 you pay no shipping costs.
How will my order be shipped?
Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer.
Can I also pick up an order?
No, this isn't possible. We do not have a physical store.

No, we currently do not have a physical store.
Can I return my order?
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are at your own expense.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
What does it cost if I want to return my order?
Return costs are for your own account and vary per postal company. You can buy a return label via the postal companies (PostNL, DHL, GLS and DPD) both online and via the postal point. The return labels are often cheaper online.

What is the delivery time of the products?

The flame goes out quickly and does not burn well.
If the candle does not burn nicely or goes out quickly, it is almost always because the wick is not set properly. As a result, it consumes much more oil and faster. In addition, it will not burn properly and will therefore smoke and/or go out quickly. We recommend that the wick extend 1 to 2mm above the 'wick holder' as indicated in the instructions for use (step 2).
As soon as there is less oil in the candle, the flame becomes smaller. This is because the wick has a harder time absorbing the oil. It will never completely use up the last bit of oil. Our advice is to fill the candles after each use, so you can enjoy the most beautiful flame without any worries. But if you set the wick correctly, it will burn much nicer and longer.
How long does the Flamt candle 3.0 burn?
The candle burns for an average of 4/5 hours.
Does the Flamt Candle 3.0 fit in every candle holder?
The Flamt candle fits in any standard candle holder with an opening of 20 to 23 mm and a minimum depth of 18 mm.
Which oil is best to use?
Only use clear, odor-free lamp oil that is suitable for indoor use.
My candle is smoking, how is this possible?
This is almost always due to the quality of oil, length of the wick and/or the quality of the wick. Make sure that the fuse is always set as described in the instructions for use.
What type of fuse is best to use as a replacement?
Only use our original Flamt 3.0 fiberglass wicks. Available in our webshop.
How soon should you replace the fuse?
The Flamt candle 3.0 comes standard with one fiberglass wick. This wick has been specially developed for our 3.0 candle/oil lamp. This fiberglass wick is durable and will hardly burn out like traditional cotton wicks. One fuse can last you months, if not years. If your candle starts to smoke, replace the wick.
The flame of my candle is getting smaller?
As soon as there is less oil in the candle, the flame becomes smaller. This is because the wick has a harder time absorbing the oil. Our tip is to fill the candles after each use, so you can enjoy the most beautiful flame without any worries.
